Tea for two. Like many, tea is a staple in households all across the world, mine included. I just love tea, all kinds. Currently in my cabinet I have lavender tea, white peony tea, wild strawberry tea, and the list goes on. A lot of times I catch myself in the tea isle at the grocery store or occasionally a tea shop near by just picking out my favorite flavors and new ones too. I almost feel like a tea collector sometimes. Yesterday I went to a tea party with my mother-in-law where we enjoyed some tasty teas and delicious desserts. I had chosen french toast chai tea and she had peach rooibos tea, which were very good choices.
Not to mention we were graciously served beignets. One with bacon sprinkled on top and the other one was a traditional style, both amazingly fresh and fluffy.
Especially this time of year it’s really cold in Indiana so this was the perfect Saturday treat. We were stuffed after, but sweetly satisfied.
